On 4/5/07 I purchased a replacement part for my trampoline. Unfortunately, I chose the wrong part. I called your customer service department and spoke w/Robert. While I was still unable to get the correct part (you don't carry it), Robert exemplified what customer service is all about. It's not freebies or credits, it's listening and having a can do (or how can we do) attitude. Robert has that and then some.
