10 oz. Vinyl, 10" Wide, Blue, 5.5" skirt, 4" wide foam 1" Thick, there is no padding at the jumping mat area. The pad foam covers the frame, there are 16 pieces of foam that you insert into the vinyl sleeve.
This trampoline frame pad fits the 14' trampoline.
