This well designed home step trainer is great for cardio workouts, strength training and fat burning exercise routines. The large self-leveling, anti-slip pedals move up and down as well as side to side. The up and down motion helps shape the buttocks, quads & hamstrings. The side-to-side motion tones inner and outer thighs.
Stretch cords are included to work your upper body while stepping and working lower body, which gives you a full body exercise routine. The onboard computer measures time, calories burned, strides per minute and total strides. Sturdy steel construction makes the unit extra strong and includes quiet pistons for a smooth operation.
