Vertical "Smoker" Dimensions:
" tall with 3 cooking racks, and 1 hanging rod.
(This section for cooking adds to the available space for larger events. The biggest advantage is for the slower rate of cooking due to the lower temperature. A pan of water, sauces or seasonings placed at the bottom will add moisture and flavor.)

12" Diameter, 14" Long
(This is area you supply the wood for longer and hotter cooking needs. You can cook over the flames once you have coals or you can use charcoal for smaller cooking.)
