•Life jackets and helmets are always recommended. Observe water safety rules at all times.
•The Sevylor Manta Ray Towable is extremely safe and stable at low speed.
•High flights and long extended flights are possible but should only be performed by strong, healthy, experienced pofessional riders and drivers.
•Never fliy higher than you are willing to fall.
•Inexperienced riders should never fligh higher than 6 feet. (NEVER attempt to hover higher than 8-10 feet/2.5-3.0 meters)

MANTA RAY INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Please completely read and understand the entire enclosed manual before inflating and before operating and then follow the directions accordingly. There are many more guidelines and helpful tips to make this product last longer and operate correctly.

You will be the envy of everyone on the water with this new 2005 Sevylor Manta Ray towable. This high quality, Sevylor towable allows 1 or 2 riders to enjoy the thrill of a flying towable at its best. This towable water toy is not your typical towable tube. Tubes provide lots of water fun, but this particular Sevylor Manta Ray inflatable towable is something you have got to experience first-hand.

INFLATE ALL TOWABLES FULLY AND FIRM TO THE TOUCH
Do not leave room for water to enter between the bladder and the hull. You will experience a much better performance and prolong the life of the product. Periodically, check the inflation after the product gets in contact with cold water. Most 12V and 110V inflators on the market will not bring towables up to required pressure. Recommended inflators are listed as related products at the bottom of this page.

This looks like the giant MANTA RAYS found in the Gulf of Mexico. Only, this Sevylor Manta will carry a grown adult on its back.

At a speed of approximately 23mph against the wind and about 28mph with the wind, the Manta Ray will rise above the water and majestically hover and float above the waves a good distance, giving the rider a thrilling and unforgettable sense of flight. This of course depends on the water conditions and the weight and skill of the rider and boat operator.)

The Manta Ray is one of the latest in the long list of inflatable towables designed and invented by Sevylor. Known for the first design and developed commercially produced PVC Ski Tube called "Tub 'N' It".

LIMITED WARRANTY Sevylor, Inc. warrants, to the original purchaser only, when any product is used for normal recreational purposes that all boats are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of nine (9) months from date of purchase. All toys, floats, mattresses, tubes, towables and other inflatables or accessories are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from date of purchase. If any product is found to be defective, the owner may return it to the store it was purchased from or contact Sevylor by phone or in writing to obtain a return authorization number. If the product is being returned to Sevylor, it must be shipped PREPAID as instructed with a copy of the original sales receipt. Sevylor will not be held responsible for any lost or improperly shipped items if a return authorization number is not obtained in advance. After inspection of any product found defective, Sevylor shall either repair or replace the defective part or item as deemed necessary by Sevylor. Sevylor shall perform its responsibilities to repair or replace said item within thirty (30) days of receipt of any authorized return. The warranty does NOT cover any product used for rental, for hire or in professionally guided tours and other uses not considered for normal recreational purposes. It also does not cover any punctures, cuts or abrasions sustained in normal use or damage from unreasonable uses or improper storage. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION OF THE FACE HEREOF. SEVYLOR, INC. SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THIS WARRANTY IS INCLUSIVE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which may vary, from state to state.

MANTA RAY
Real live Manta Ray's are real popular diver and tourist attractions off the coast of Trinidad and Tobago. At certain times of the year, divers can be seen swimming alongside, on top of, playing with hundreds of Manta Rays. A common Manta Ray size is about 22 feet but have been measured as large as 29 feet. The Manta Ray in that area used to be called "devil fish" because of their unusual, frightening appearance and especially because they would often get tangled in a fishermen's net. Now, the term "devil fish" is no longer used and the people of Trinidad and Tobago enjoy their company.
