Body:I needed to replace my trampoline bed and was happy to learn I could just order a bed versus a whole new trampoline. The manufacturer of my trampoline, however, was out of business.
Trampoline USA had the part that I needed, and because of the well-organized nature of their website, I was able to find my model trampoline and all the replacement parts for it directly underneath it. Other websites I researched were not as well-organized and I couldn't be sure that the offered trampoline bed was indeed made for my model trampoline.
I placed my order and my bed arrived as promised within a few days. It installed just fine. I was very pleased with the ease of ordering and the layout of the website, which eliminated confusion regarding what I needed to order.
I am hopeful I won't need more parts (I am only missing a single 6.5 inch trampoline spring now) but if I need more parts I would use Trampoline USA again.

I can't say THANK YOU enough. I have put off my purchase of a new pad for too long and had been on line for a couple months looking for a pad that would work for my trampoline.
I have seen many sites with bad reviews and a lot of the complaints were about shipping. A lot of people ordered and had bad customer service or waited for months for their orders from other sites.
I was reluctant to order online, so I pulled up your site and so I could speak with someone about my concerns.
I was so relieved at the Very Professional and Polite service I received. I also by far could not believe the response time. I had ordered a special color and the order was put in that day. It took less than a week to receive, as I was told. The product is very well made, fits perfect - I could not be happier. Especially since shipping is included. I hate to see "Sales" and "Specials" and then the shipping is outrageous.

Body:Customer service called me the day after placing my order to let us know that the item we wanted was backordered. In speaking with her, we realized that I had not ordered the correct item anyway. We discussed what my needs were and she was extremely friendly and helpful. She fixed our credit card bill for the correct price, the item showed up in the time frame she said, and it was exactly what we wanted. The prices were the most reasonable ones I could find on the net. A few people have asked me where we bought the new tramp mat and I am referring them to Trampoline USA.

The net had some tears in it, and the customer service couldnt have been more helpful - a new net was in the post immediately and arrived very soon after. Body: "After doing quite a bit of research to replace an older trampoline which was damaged in a storm, I ordered a 15-foot Airmaster from TrampolineUSA.com. The order was processed quickly and shipped via UPS. Our order arrived several days later, packed into four different boxes. Everything was included. My kids and I assembled the trampoline using the clear instructions, which were provided. In less than an hour, we were jumping. Quality is excellent: good jumping surface, good springing, padding much better than our older unit, nice heavy frame with more legs (greater stability and easier to level). I waited for a while to write this review to see how it would break in. After two months, its great. Good rebounding, with good control. Nice! I would definitely recommend this trampoline and ordering from TrampolineUSA.com.

I am not sure how to get this to the right person so I hope who ever reads it passes it along.
We have decided to purchase a trampoline for our girls this years for christmas. Over the last week I have searched the internet and the stores for the perfect trampoline. With no luck, oh they were there, in a box, but two big or way to small and by people Ii am not sure I have ever even heard of.
I looked in the yellow pages and found you all listed figured I would give it a try. Connie answerd the phone, and spent as much time as i needed to answer all of my questions. I am sure I asked some twice and she just took the time I needed to feel comfortable about our decision. I said I would think about it and call back.
After looking around I did call back because of Connie's help and to much of my surprise Connie answered again, wow I thought what luck I have! Once again she took the time and never rushed me, 1800 trampolines you have a wonderful person working there, I think you should really know that she made me feel secure in the fact that our purchase that we made was a safe one for our children and our wallets because it would not be something we would not have to throw away after a year. that christmas morning we would not see dissappointed faces on our children, guarentteeing the ther present would be there.

In a letter to my father hoping to convince him to purchase me one of your trampolines for my birthday. Unfortunately it was not sucessful, but I hoped someone may be able to benifit from my hard work. I thought that you may like to here my first paragraph.
There are extreeme benifits to purchasing the 15 foot round trampoline from Trampoline USA. It is by far the best deal in the trampoline market today. It comes with a substanial warrenty on many of its parts and is of supirrior quality. The company has been arond since 1975.
