There are 4 levels of  discounted mats. (QC, DEMO, USED and NEW)

DISCOUNTED MATS
QC: Quality Control-A "new mat" found with a small flaw or cosmetic problem. The flaw(s) may only be a small puncture/cut, a missed stitching or something else minor that did not pass quality control inspection but has been patched.
DEMO-A mat that was used for an outside display model and shows some wear.
USED-A mat with more wear than the demo.
NEW-A mat discontinued or overstocked.
