Return Policy

You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of item to return your items. No refunds will be given after 30 days. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required. You must fill out the form below and we will email you a RMA number. If you are returning a product that was damaged in shipment, please fill out the form below and email pictures to sales@1800trampoline.com. We will not issue a RMA without these pictures. Our warehouse does not accept shipments that are returned collect. Our warehouse also does not receive shipments that do not have the proper return authorization.

If your item has already shipped and you wish to cancel the order, you, the customer, are responsible for the original shipping charges and the shipping charges back to the warehouse. On incorrectly made orders, you, the customer, are responsible for shipping charges. There is also a 25% restocking fee. You will receive credit only after the product is returned and examined and we have determined that the product has not been used or damaged.

Water trampolines are non-returnable once they have been put in the water or jumped on
