20" Portable Smoker Grill and Firebox

Uses 2 Optional temperature gauges:
One on the Grill and one on the Smoker.

Double Lid Grill Dimensions:
Inside cooking area: 19" wide with 38" long grill
Also, a narrow but long shelf for cooking small items such as links, potatoes, etc...
(The double lid helps keep some of the heat inside when needing to inspect the delicious and smelling food.The biggest advantage is that it also is lighter in weight to lift, than the single lid.)

Vertical "Smoker" Dimensions:4'.4" tall with 3 cooking racks, and 1 hanging rod.
(This section for cooking adds to the available space for larger events. The biggest advantage is for the slower rate of cooking due to the lower temperature. A pan of water, sauces or seasonings placed at the bottom will add moisture and flavor.)

Fire Box Dimensions:
20" Diameter, 22" Long
Inside cooking area 19" x 22")
(This is area you supply the wood for longer and hotter cooking needs. You can cook over the flames once you have coals or you can use charcoal for smaller cooking.)

Portable Barbeque Pits
These units are mounted on trailers using a "Torflex" axle and 15" tires and wheels. They are equipped with lights and a 2" bull-dog hitch. Also includes a wood basket and ice chest holder behind the pit and a water cooler holder on the front of the trailer. Other accessories are available upon request.
