Return Policy:
A Return Authorization Is Required. You must call our customer service department at 1-800-872-6765. Our Warehouse Does Not Accept Shipments That Are Returned Collect. Returning without authorization may not be accepted in the warehouse receiving department.
If you order on-line or over the phone and we have already shipped out the merchandise, you, the customer are responsible for the shipping to you and the shipping costs back to the warehouse.
There is also a 25% restocking fee. This covers repackaging and restocking. You will receive credit for the product only, after the product is returned and examined and determined that the product has not been used or damaged.

How To Return A Product

Please call our office 1-800-872-6765 and ask for Customer Service. A return authorization number (RA#) is required for any return and this number will be provided to you.
Please write down the RA number for your records.
Please write the RA number on a copy of your receipt. (This is your proof of purchase and is required to be returned.)
Please write the RA number on the Return Shipping Label.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, however, discounted labels are available for a small fee. Ask customer service when you call.
We do not receive C.O.D.
We do not accept water trampolines after they have been used or jumped on.
