This specialty designed Cartwheel-Beam mat brings learning to the next level. For beginners, one side shows them exactly where to place their hands and feet for a true step-by-step learning process. Flip it over to reveal a white practice "beam stripe" to teach cartwheels in general, as well as how much space they'll have to one day move onto an actual beam.
The mat is filled with 5/8" crosslink, covered in 18 oz. durable vinyl and sized at 72"L x 24"W x 5/8" thick.
