X-Mats create a softer cushioning for gymnasts during a dismount landing. The brushed plush faded denim gives the x-mat a suave look and a comfortable feel. The velcro closure open up to allow the filler to be replaced as needed and is approved for use in competition by the USAG and FIG. The filler is 1.5" thick 3 lb 90 ILD high rebound foam filler. X-mats have a dark blue-indigo color and an X in the center of the mat for helping with aim during landing.
